Perfect 10 wins preliminary injunction against Google

Perfect 10 sued Google for copyright violation for Google's use of thumbnail images of photos that they own as part of their image search service. A preliminary injunction was ordered, but we have not heard the end of this as it is just preliminary, and Google will no doubt appeal.
